Luna is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles with a colorful history in the music industry. She started her career in 2016 as the lead vocalist of female house music duo, Moonswings. In 2017, Luna embarked on her solo career after frequenting Producers Social and recording feature vocals for various music producers in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Though her musical background lies primarily in the scope of electronic music, Luna’s solo sound is a pop hybrid with deep-roots in hip hop/R&B, 80’s and indie music. Her style is moody and eclectic. She puts a lot of heart and soul into her songwriting, and draws inspiration from favorites like Lana Del Rey, Madonna, The Postal Service, Stevie Nicks and The Weeknd. Her music is brimming with depth and raw emotion.

One day you might get a dark R&B record out of me and the next day you might get a pop song full of girl power attitude. It’s all about how I’m feeling so don’t get used to hearing just one sound from me. - LUNA

At a young age, Luna turned to poetry as an outlet for her creativity, which quickly manifested into lyrics and songs by her teenage years. Though she always wanted to be a popstar, she grew up playing competitive softball and initially went to Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York on an athletic scholarship. An incurable injury forced Luna to retire early but it was a blessing in disguise because it allowed her to finally dive into her passion for music.
